Background: Pelvic floor disorders are characterized by abnormalities in the normal function of the muscles, fasciae, and ligaments that support the pelvic organs. Many different clinical issues can be seen as symptoms of these anomalies. Objective: To gain a better understanding of how different types of MRI, both dynamic and static, can assist in the diagnosis of pelvic floor disorders in females. Patients and methods: Taking place at Al-Hussein University Hospital between October 2022 and October 2024, Forty women participated in the study. It was the clinics that recommended the patients for the MRIs. Results: A difference that was measured statistically was there. Very significant (P Conclusion: Noninvasive MRI defecography with dynamic physiologic sequences and static anatomic sequences correlated offers a promising alternative for pelvic evaluation; it can assess the whole pelvic floor, allowing for better patient management prior to surgery and the identification of the most common underlying defect.
