Background: Among the many digestive system issues that might arise, cholelithiasis stands out. Around 10-15% of adults experience gall bladder stones, though this number can vary depending on factors such as gender, age, and ethnicity. Aim and objectives: Using endoscopy both before and after laparoscopic cholecystectomy to assess biliary reflux. Patients and methods: One hundred patients who underwent consecutive laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedures between August 2022 and August 2024 at Bab Al-Sharia University Hospital and Damanhur Medical National Institute were the subjects of this prospective study. Results: There was highly statistically significant difference between preoperative Bile Reflux Gastritis and postoperative Bile Reflux Gastritis in studied patients. There were 10-patients (10%) had bleeding, 6-patients (6%) had stone spillage, 6-patients (6%) had leak and 4-patients (4%) had infections. The mean±SD of hospital stays (day) was 1.5±0.5 and the mean±SD of TFA (weeks) was 2.58±1.28. Conclusion: When gallstones cause symptoms, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a good option for therapy. The majority of patients in this study reported positive outcomes following laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Within six weeks, the majority of patients were able to resume their normal and vigorous routines. When comparing the bile reflux gastrolitis levels of patients before and after surgery, we discovered a highly statistically significant difference.
